  • For PayPal Payments:

    1. Ensure there are no transaction limits set on your PayPal account.
    2. Confirm that the shipping and billing addresses match, as PayPal requires them to be in the same country.
    3. If issues persist, try paying with a credit or debit card directly.

Tax Policy

United States

Currently, we do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the United States. The amount displayed at checkout is the total price, with no additional taxes added.

Import Taxes and Duties for EU Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties: Duties may apply to goods shipped from outside the EU, based on the type and value of the goods.
