You can conveniently pay using major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). For an even smoother checkout experience, we also offer PayPal, allowing you to complete your purchase quickly and securely.

By placing an order, you agree to the following policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
To cancel, modify, or update your order, please reach out to our support team within 4 hours of placing it.

IMPORTANT:

  • Requests for cancellations or changes outside this window will not be processed, and your order will proceed as is.
  • If modifications to your design are needed, please be aware that this may delay your order's delivery.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

  1. Defective/Damaged Products
    We accept replacement or refund requests for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. After this period, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product differs significantly from the preview provided.
  • The item is damaged due to our manufacturing process or shipping.
  • An incorrect item was sent.
  • An item is missing from your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Variations in color or size due to monitor settings or lighting are not grounds for return requests.
  • Refunds or replacements for errors like incorrect size or design choices will not be accepted. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
  • Refund processing time is 3-5 days once confirmed. The time to see the funds in your account depends on your bank. Details are below:

Refunds to pre-paid cards may take up to 30 days depending on the card issuer.

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, please get in touch with us at support@deftgifts.com.

  1. Shipping Concerns
    If your order hasn’t been updated for over 15 days for US deliveries or more than 25 days for international shipments, you may request a refund or replacement.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For returns due to insufficient or incorrect address details, a 70% refund of the item's price will be provided. Ensure your address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Customized products cannot be resold, so returned items are either donated to charity or disposed of. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.

A 1.5% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to cancellations.
